Tony Buon 拥有心理学、行为科学与职场教育硕士文凭。他在澳洲与英国许多大学里的大学与硕士班教授领导学、心理学与人资管理。.他也是中国其中一间最早成立的心理谘商所创立人。这是他的第二本书。
