关于作者:
Barbara Litzler 1953年出生于瑞士。她在School of Yoga Anne Brugger训练了四年,本来只是想要训练自己,最后成为她的事业。她发现担任老师后,自己学得会更多,会不停地创新。 profession, because she realizes that her teacher continues to learn and stay creative.
